Case Studies

Panoramic Health is supporting global enrollment for a Phase III trial in IgA nephropathy (IgAN), a rare kidney disease that often requires proactive patient identification to meet study goals. Given the trial’s modest global enrollment target, each site’s contribution carried significant weight.

In a Phase III trial targeting patients with CKD and hypertension, Panoramic Health is exceeding enrollment expectations despite representing only ~5% of participating sites. Narrow, complex eligibility criteria made recruitment challenging, yet the network significantly outperformed its target.

Panoramic Health was brought in to accelerate enrollment for a Phase III trial targeting CKD patients with obesity. The study previously struggled to meet its enrollment goals, and Panoramic was tasked with delivering rapid enrollment within a compressed timeline.

Panoramic Health was named a Center of Excellence by the sponsor and became the first global site to enroll patients in a Phase IV trial for ANCA-associated vasculitis, a rare autoimmune disease marked by inflammation of small blood vessels. Despite restrictive protocol criteria, the network successfully identified and enrolled eligible patients.

Through a combination of physician education, pharmacy support, and data-driven feedback, Panoramic Health demonstrated how practical, innovative strategies can drive meaningful improvements in kidney and heart health.

Through a standardized End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) transition pathway, Panoramic Health improved optimal dialysis start rates across 18 practice groups. In the first year, the platform-wide average increased from 29% to 53%; in the second year of the pathway implementation, practices reached an average of 65%. This approach demonstrates a scalable solution for improving patient outcomes, reducing complications, and ensuring smoother transitions into ESKD care.
