As the President of Panoramic Science, Lisa Kiehne is responsible for advancing the clinical research and data studies arm of our business. With more than 15 years of expertise in research, clinical operations, and strategic growth, Lisa is focused on strengthening partnerships with sponsors, streamlining provider referrals to clinical trials, and advancing Panoramic Science’s mission to integrate clinical research into patient care. She holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University.

At Panoramic Health, LoAn held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Talent, where she managed the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions, and later as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she expanded her scope to oversee Total Rewards, HR Technology and Delivery, and HR Business Partner Services (Employee Relations).
Prior to joining Panoramic Health, LoAn managed all enterprise HR projects; she led the learning and development department focusing on leadership and employee development, process improvement, and learning and talent management systems for multiple healthcare organizations.
LoAn earned an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Cameron University. She is certified by DDI, a global leadership consulting firm, as a Targeted Selection® Trainer, which enabled her to train hiring managers the art and science of effective interviewing. Additionally, she is a certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, a certification that demonstrates her expertise in process improvement and business performance enhancement.
Roy Marcus, M.D., is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and an Executive Board Member at Panoramic Health. With deep expertise in value-based care and a commitment to advancing clinical quality, he leads the organization’s efforts to enhance patient outcomes, optimize care delivery across the network, and further advancements in kidney disease treatment options. In his role, Dr. Marcus provides strategic direction and oversees the implementation of clinical initiatives that drive value for patients, providers, and the broader healthcare system.
Before stepping into his current role, Dr. Marcus served as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Panoramic Health, where he played a key role in designing and executing value-based clinical strategies. He also brings over two decades of leadership experience as the President of Clinical Renal Associates, a prominent nephrology practice based in the Philadelphia metro area that has been a part of the Panoramic Health network since 2015.
Dr. Marcus holds an M.D. from Temple University and completed his nephrology training at the University of Michigan, where he developed a passion for home dialysis and public health issues related to ESRD and hypertension. Dr. Marcus currently resides in Wallingford, Pennsylvania with his wife.
Rajiv Poduval, MD, FASN, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Panoramic Health, is a visionary physician-executive and entrepreneur. Dr. Poduval is dedicated to transforming care delivery by expanding patient access and creating value for physicians outside of direct patient care. He has a proven track record of creating synergistic healthcare opportunities for patients, providers, and payers, improving patient outcomes and leading data-driven provider collaboration.
Dr. Poduval built Panoramic Health on the vision that physician-led value-based care, paired with robust data analytics and creative population health initiatives, can transform kidney care while keeping physicians relevant, independent, and at the center of patient-care delivery. In 2020, he led the organization into a strategic partnership with Audax, a trusted private equity investor with more than $6 billion in successful investments in 135 platform countries. Under Dr. Poduval’s leadership, Panoramic Health has become the largest nephrology provider platform and the largest non-dialysis participant in Medicare’s CKCC Kidney Care Choices Model.
Dr. Poduval’s deep clinical expertise has contributed to his success as a healthcare leader, driving growth and innovation in several healthcare sectors. Prior to Panoramic Health, he served as the President of Southwest Kidney Institute (SKI), one of the country’s premiere nephrology groups, for 8 years. Under his leadership, SKI expanded its physician base, achieved greater market density, strengthened statewide business partnerships, and diversified its organizations including Southwest Vascular Centers, Southwest Clinical Research Institute, SKI Properties and SKI-DaVita Dialysis Centers. He played an integral role in developing SKI’s Transplant Division into one of the largest in Arizona.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Poduval is passionate about creating pathways for collaboration between universities, private practices, and the communities they serve. He’s helped Panoramic Health and its member practices forge strong relationships with university-based academic programs in several states across the country. Dr. Poduval holds faculty appointments at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and the Creighton University School of Medicine, where he has been recognized for his teaching excellence. Dr. Poduval is an RPA Board Member and has served as a member of RPA’s NCAP Steering Committee for six years. He was also a member of the American Society of Nephrology’s Media and Communications Committee for two years.
Dr. Poduval completed his Nephrology and Transplant Nephrology Fellowships at the University of Chicago, practicing both specialties in the Phoenix Metro for 20 years. He served on the Governing Board of the Phoenix-Tucson ESCO, one of three DaVita ESCOs in the United States, for six years. Dr. Poduval also served as the Medical Director of the Dignity Saint Joseph Kidney Transplant Program, playing an instrumental role launching the program in 2014. He has been recognized as a “Top Doc” by Phoenix Magazine and is a two-time recipient of the Medical Director Excellence Award for DaVita’s Westside Division.
Dr. Singh completed his internal residency at Geisinger Medical Center and fellowship in nephrology at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He has been part of Neighborhood Physician Alliance (NPA) Board, Banner Health Network finance committee, HIMSS Ambulatory Physician Committee (Co-chair), and Phoenix Tucson Integrated Kidney Care LLC (CMMI’s ESCO) board. He has also served on physician advisory boards for DaVita Falcon and Athenahealth, and Executive Board of Southwest Kidney Institute.
Guy Seay is Chief Financial Officer at Panoramic Health, bringing decades of kidney care expertise to the organization. He is passionate about aligning physicians to improve the patient care experience.
Guy previously held several financial leadership positions at DaVita, serving as their CFO of DaVita Kidney Care, GVP Finance of DaVita International, and CFO of the HealthCare Partners primary care practice in California with $2.8 billion in value-based care under management. Guy earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics cum laude from Duke and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Since 2015, he has served as Board Member and Treasurer of Bridge of Life, an international non-profit focused on chronic disease healthcare programs and training.
Her career reflects more than two decades of shaping human capital strategies and building and scaling healthcare companies. She’s held significant senior leadership roles at both Aetna and Coventry Healthcare and worked closely with several large healthcare clients during stints at both Aon Consulting and Buck Consultants. She is a member of the Women Business Leaders in Healthcare (WBL) foundation and nominee and participant in Break Into the Boardroom, a program created by Oxeon and Deerfield Management to increase the number of women on public and private boards.
Chris has led global teams with responsibilities across provider operations, claims, member engagement, member services, delegation oversight, STARS, risk-adjustment, billing and enrollment, provider data management, Medicare operations, payor operations, payment integrity and operational improvement. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington and holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
