Rajiv Poduval, MD, FASN, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Panoramic Health, is a visionary physician-executive and entrepreneur. Dr. Poduval is dedicated to transforming care delivery by expanding patient access and creating value for physicians outside of direct patient care. He has a proven track record of creating synergistic healthcare opportunities for patients, providers, and payers, improving patient outcomes and leading data-driven provider collaboration. 

Dr. Poduval built Panoramic Health on the vision that physician-led care, paired with robust data analytics and creative population health initiatives, can transform kidney care while keeping physicians relevant, independent, and at the center of patient-care delivery. In 2020, he led the organization into a strategic partnership with Audax, a trusted private equity investor with more than $6 billion in successful investments in 135 platform countries.  

Dr. Poduval’s deep clinical expertise has contributed to his success as a healthcare leader, driving growth and innovation in several healthcare sectors. Prior to Panoramic Health, he served as the President of Southwest Kidney Institute (SKI), one of the country’s premiere nephrology groups, for 8 years. Under his leadership, SKI expanded its physician base, achieved greater market density, strengthened statewide business partnerships, and diversified its organizations including Southwest Vascular Centers, Southwest Clinical Research Institute, SKI Properties and SKI-DaVita Dialysis Centers. He played an integral role in developing SKI’s Transplant Division into one of the largest in Arizona. 

A lifelong learner, Dr. Poduval is passionate about creating pathways for collaboration between universities, private practices, and the communities they serve. He’s helped Panoramic Health and its member practices forge strong relationships with university-based academic programs in several states across the country. Dr. Poduval holds faculty appointments at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and the Creighton University School of Medicine, where he has been recognized for his teaching excellence. Dr. Poduval is an RPA Board Member and has served as a member of RPA’s NCAP Steering Committee for six years. He was also a member of the American Society of Nephrology’s Media and Communications Committee for two years. 

Dr. Poduval completed his Nephrology and Transplant Nephrology Fellowships at the University of Chicago, practicing both specialties in the Phoenix Metro for 20 years. He served on the Governing Board of the Phoenix-Tucson ESCO, one of three DaVita ESCOs in the United States, for six years. Dr. Poduval also served as the Medical Director of the Dignity Saint Joseph Kidney Transplant Program, playing an instrumental role launching the program in 2014. He has been recognized as a “Top Doc” by Phoenix Magazine and is a two-time recipient of the Medical Director Excellence Award for DaVita’s Westside Division.

Doug is the President of Panoramic Health, following his tenure as our Chief Financial Officer, a role he served since joining the company in 2023. Before joining Panoramic Health, he was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from 2018-2022. Prior to that time, he was with Elevance Health (formerly Anthem, Inc.) where he served as Senior Vice President & CFO, Government Business Division, after a series of leadership roles across the company. Before joining Anthem in 2012, he was a sell-side equity analyst for 15 years at firms including Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Doug holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Roy Marcus is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and an Executive Board Member at Panoramic Health. With deep expertise in value-based care and a commitment to advancing clinical quality, he leads the organization’s efforts to enhance patient outcomes, optimize care delivery across the network, and advance kidney disease treatment options. Dr. Marcus provides strategic direction and oversees implementing clinical initiatives that enhance outcomes for patients, providers, and the broader healthcare system.  

Before his current role, Dr. Marcus served as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Panoramic Health, where he played a key role in designing and executing value-based clinical strategies. He also brings over two decades of leadership experience as the President of Clinical Renal Associates, a prominent nephrology practice based in the Philadelphia metro area that has been a part of the Panoramic Health network since 2015. 

Dr. Marcus holds an M.D. from Temple University and completed his nephrology training at the University of Michigan, where he developed a passion for home dialysis and public health issues related to end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and hypertension.

Alberto Casaretto, MD, is a Panoramic Health Board Member and serves as the organization’s Vice President of Clinical Affairs, focusing on business development and practice support. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Florida Kidney Physicians Southeast, one of Florida’s premiere resources for kidney care. He is a past President and past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Broward County Medical Association (BCMA). Dr. Casaretto also served as the Chief of Nephrology at Holy Cross Hospital and Medical Director for DaVita East Ft. Lauderdale, DaVita Boca Raton, and DaVita Delray Beach. He completed Medical School at Tuft University School of Medicine and his residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University Hospital. Dr. Casaretto finished his nephrology fellowship at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from University of Miami Herbert Business School.

Dr. Katherine Kwon is a Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Panoramic Health, with a focus on clinical quality, implementation projects, and research. She is a leader in the national nephrology community, serving as secretary-treasurer of the Renal Physicians Association, and on the editorial board of ASN’s Kidney News. In her clinical practice, she continues to see patients in her outpatient clinic, dialysis units, and hospital. Eight residents from the Corewell Health south residency program have gone on to nephrology fellowships under her guidance.

Dr. Kwon received her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and did her residency and fellowship at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. She has practiced in St. Joseph, Michigan since completing her fellowship in 2007.  She is a medical director of the Fresenius unit in Benton Harbor, Michigan and holds a faculty position with Michigan State’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Navid Saigal currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Panoramic Health and Executive Chairman and President of Renal Associates PA in San Antonio, TX. At Panoramic, Dr. Saigal is responsible for supporting existing ancillary service lines and identifying new ancillary opportunities that enhance physician alignment, improve patient outcomes, and drive sustainability across the organization.  

A board-certified nephrologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Saigal is passionate about educating primary care physicians about early diagnosis of kidney disease, and in doing so, has helped many patients get an early start on proper treatment. He also spearheaded the incorporation of vascular sonography into his practice to accurately diagnose and manage kidney disease. He trains other nephrologists on interpretation of renal and vascular ultrasounds.  

Dr. Saigal earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in nephrology at State University of New York (SUNY) in Buffalo.  He is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology.

Rohit Sharma, MD, is the President of Diablo Nephrology, a renal practice based out of Concord, California, with nearly 50 years of operation. He is also the CEO of West Coast Kidney Institute and serves as the Medical Director at the Diablo Dialysis Access Center. Dr. Sharma is Board Certified in Nephrology, Interventional Nephrology, and Internal Medicine. 

In his capacity as Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Panoramic Health, Dr. Sharma is focused on helping expand and optimize the company’s ambulatory surgery center (ASC) operations.

As a founding member of the Panoramic Health team, Lauren has been instrumental in building and evolving the organization’s operational model. Her deep expertise in practice management, combined with longstanding relationships with Panoramic Health’s partner physicians, has made her a trusted leader and key driver of the organization’s continued success.

Matt Frye is the Regional Vice President of Operations at Panoramic Health, where he oversees practice operations across the eastern United States and select regions in Texas. In this role, Matt is focused on driving operational efficiency, supporting practice growth, and ensuring alignment between clinical performance and business operations across the provider group.  

Matt brings more than a decade of healthcare leadership experience to Panoramic Health. Prior to joining the organization, he spent six years at Sound Physicians, a national inpatient medicine multispecialty group, where he held progressive leadership roles including Vice President of Value-Based Care. During his tenure, he played a key role in launching Sound’s first risk-based programs in collaboration with health systems nationwide. Before that, Matt was a hospital executive with Community Health Systems (CHS), leading the development and management of large, multispecialty employed physician groups across mid-sized and rural markets. 

Matt holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University and is also a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE).

With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare research, clinical operations, and strategic growth, Lisa brings a unique blend of operational expertise and strategic vision to her role. She is focused on scaling Panoramic Science into a national leader in nephrology research, strengthening partnerships with sponsors, expanding site capabilities, and embedding clinical research into everyday kidney care. 

Lisa’s background spans leadership roles across large site networks and contract research organizations (CROs), including with Elligo Health Research and C3 Research Associates, where she helped design and implement decentralized and community-based research strategies. Before joining Panoramic Science, she served as Senior Vice President for Clinical Operations at The START Center for Cancer Research, where she led clinical operations, developed global research partnerships, and expanded site operations to enhance access to novel therapies. Her experience includes building and managing high-performing teams, improving clinical trial execution, and driving enterprise-level operations across multi-site organizations.

In this role, he ensures that patients have access to high-quality, convenient vascular access and maintenance procedures in lower-cost, patient-preferred settings.

With more than 20 years of experience managing both single- and multi-specialty ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs) across multiple regions, Eric brings deep expertise in clinical operations, center efficiency, and patient experience. His leadership has been instrumental in driving performance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting scalable growth in outpatient surgical care.

His work has been integral to enhancing financial transparency across the company and partner practices, guiding capital strategy, and aligning finance with Panoramic Health’s clinical and operational goals. 

Before Panoramic Health, Robert spent 5 years at Bain & Company, where he advised clients across various industries on strategy, operations, and financial performance. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a master’s degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University. Sampath is a strategic healthcare technology leader with a strong track record of driving innovation, digital transformation, and enterprise data strategy. His work supports a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, providers, practices, and patients. 

At Panoramic Health, Sampath and his team built the largest comprehensive nephrology data platform in the U.S., aggregating clinical, lab, hospitalization, and claims data for more than 2.5 million patients. This foundation has enabled the development of advanced performance management tools that improve care quality, increase operational efficiency, and enhance revenue cycle outcomes. Under his leadership, the organization also achieved HITRUST certification, the gold standard in healthcare cybersecurity. 

Before joining Panoramic Health, Sampath held CIO roles at Everside Health, ConcertoCare, Health Essentials, and Sanare, where he led technology innovation across primary care, population health, and pharmacy services. He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India. He is a Certified Healthcare CIO and Certified Digital Health Executive, and actively mentors graduate students and supports children’s education through nonprofit leadership.

She’s experienced in developing and implementing enterprise-level HR systems, as well as establishing and managing people-centric programs and strategies. LoAn is also adept at driving organizational transformation, fostering a positive work culture, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance overall performance and employee engagement. 

LoAn has held multiple leadership roles at Panoramic Health, including Director of Talent, where she managed the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions, and later as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she expanded her scope to oversee Total Rewards, HR Technology and Delivery, and HR Business Partner Services (Employee Relations). 

LoAn earned an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Cameron University. With a background as both a physician and healthcare executive, Dr. Goraya offers a unique blend of clinical insight and operational expertise. He has held leadership roles in value-based care, RCM, and population health at organizations such as Southcoast Health and Orb Health and has provided consultant leadership leading revenue cycle transformations for large health systems and physician groups. 

Dr. Goraya earned his medical degree from the Medical University of the Americas and an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. His expertise includes payer-provider alignment, data-driven process optimization, and building scalable RCM systems to support both fee-for-service and value-based care models.

Gurdev Singh, MD, CPHIMS, is a Co-Founder of Panoramic Health. Triple board certified in nephrology, clinical informatics, and internal medicine, Dr. Singh is passionate about value-based care and using data analytics to improve patient outcomes, slow disease progression, and optimize financial success. He has spearheaded several high-quality population health initiatives, including the development of the nation’s largest live, real-time CKD database with more than 600,000 CKD lives and building highly accurate CKD progression, and ESKD prediction models. 

Dr. Singh completed his internal residency at Geisinger Medical Center and fellowship in nephrology at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He has been part of Neighborhood Physician Alliance (NPA) Board, Banner Health Network finance committee, HIMSS Ambulatory Physician Committee (Co-chair), and Phoenix Tucson Integrated Kidney Care LLC (CMMI’s ESCO) board. He has also served on physician advisory boards for DaVita Falcon and Athenahealth, and Executive Board of Southwest Kidney Institute.

Rajendra Baliga, MD, FACP, FASN, FAST, is the founding and current Executive President of Florida Kidney Physicians and the Vice Chair of the Panoramic Health Physician Executive Body. Dr. Baliga also serves as the Medical Director of the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program at Tampa General Hospital and the Medical Director of the DaVita Kennedy Dialysis Unit in Tampa, Florida. He is ABIM Board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and is also an AST/ASN Certified Transplant nephrologist. Dr. Baliga holds faculty appointment as a Collaborative Associate Professor at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He went to Medical School at Seth GS Medical College, completing his general medicine residency at the KEM Hospital in Mumbai, India, and his internal medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois. Dr. Baliga finished his Nephrology Fellowship at The University of Florida and Transplant Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Chicago.

Alec Cunningham is a proven public– and private-company CEO who has delivered excellent operating results and has extensive expertise in both the policy and operations of government-sponsored health care programs and provider organizations.  Previously, Cunningham served as Executive Vice President of CVS Health where he focused on the integration of health services and provider assets to optimize the value of CVS Health’s offerings in the marketplace. His prior roles at CVS Health included Chief Operating Officer of Aetna and EVP of Aetna’s Government Business. 

Before joining CVS Health, Cunningham was the President and Chief Executive Officer for ConcertoHealth (previously Fidelis SeniorCare).  Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade in senior leadership roles with WellCare Health Plans, including as the Chief Executive Officer.  During his tenure as CEO, Cunningham led a strategic and operational transformation of the company that resulted in a near doubling of revenue, earnings per share, and share price over a four-year period.  Earlier in his career, Cunningham successfully led the national business development efforts for the State-Sponsored Programs division of WellPoint (subsequently Anthem and now Elevance Health) to expand beyond California into multiple new markets and products nationwide.

With deep expertise in value-based care and a commitment to advancing clinical quality, he leads the organization’s efforts to enhance patient outcomes, optimize care delivery across the network, and advance kidney disease treatment options. Dr. Marcus provides strategic direction and oversees implementing clinical initiatives that enhance outcomes for patients, providers, and the broader healthcare system.  

Before his current role, Dr. Marcus served as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Panoramic Health, where he played a key role in designing and executing value-based clinical strategies. He also brings over two decades of leadership experience as the President of Clinical Renal Associates, a prominent nephrology practice based in the Philadelphia metro area that has been a part of the Panoramic Health network since 2015. 

Dr. Marcus holds an M.D. from Temple University and completed his nephrology training at the University of Michigan, where he developed a passion for home dialysis and public health issues related to end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and hypertension.

Rohit Sharma, MD, is the President of Diablo Nephrology, a renal practice based out of Concord, California, with nearly 50 years of operation. He is also the CEO of West Coast Kidney Institute and serves as the Medical Director at the Diablo Dialysis Access Center. Dr. Sharma is Board Certified in Nephrology, Interventional Nephrology, and Internal Medicine. 

In his capacity as Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Panoramic Health, Dr. Sharma is focused on helping expand and optimize the company’s ambulatory surgery center (ASC) operations.

Currently, he serves on the boards of bluebird bio, a publicly traded gene and cell therapy company; Numotion, the national leader in complex rehab technology services; Klockner Pentaplast, a Luxembourg based packaging business; Beacon Mobility, a leading provider of mobility services in the United States; and chairs the board of the Charitable Health and Retirement Trust in Boston. Prior to retiring in 2012, Mr. Vachon assumed a variety of leadership positions across the General Electric organization. He was President and CEO of GE Healthcare Americas from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Global Diagnostic Imaging, between 2006 and 2009. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Vachon was Executive Vice President and CFO at GE Healthcare. A two-time recipient of the Chairman’s Leadership Award, he was named a Company Officer by then Chairman and CEO Jack Welch in 1999 and a member of GE’s Corporate Executive Council in 2006.
